Sunday, it’s sunny, almost 55 degrees. I’m getting ready to go for a bike ride in a bit, just waiting for the chicken to get out of the oven. Then when I come home, supper will be waiting. One thing about living alone is that inspiration for cooking doesn’t happen often. Today will be different.
I’m looking forward to a bike ride. The snow has finally melted enough for a ride. Last week, it was still very cold and snow only melted from the roads at the park. I shot a lovely photo of sunset through the glass windows of William DuPont’s shed. Why did he think it was necessary for windows on three sides of a work shed. How fortunate to have been able to afford so much glass during wartime (WWII era).
